Technicial support is available to help with computer-related issues. A web-based support request system is available to all GCPS staff. The web address is: http://helpdesk.gcps1.com You can use this system if you are using a computer connected to the school network.
To use this system, you will need to go to the above web address and a window will appear. Enter in your username and password. If you are unsure of your username and password, please contact Mr. Greg South.
To send a repair request, you need to click "Submit New Problem". You can also click "View Problem List" to view the status of your previous requests.
In the next window, use the drop down menu and select the category of the problem. If you cannot decide on the category, select "other". Then enter a title and description of the problem. Then click "Submit Problem" and the Technology Department will be notified via email of your request. You will also be notified via email when the status of your request changes or has been completed.
